To replace slab or not

Hey Guys,
Looking for some input here. My garage started off as a single stall garage with a 4” thick pad. Some point someone poured a u shaped slab around the 4” slab with a thickness of 2.5”. This brought the total garage space to 24’x32’. Fast forward to 2023 and my u shaped slab is cracked and starting to settle outwards toward the exterior. I spend a lot of time in my garage and would like to insulate/heat so I can work on my cars all winter, so I wanted to start with the floor. I received a quote for $7200 for demo and pouring a monolithic 4” pad with a 2’ deep rat wall. I think this is a pretty good deal but it involves me jacking up the structure, adding another piece to this project.

Just exploring my options to see what other people might do in this situation - if there really is anything else to do - other than just living with the uneven cracked floor. Demoing the u shaped slab and tie a new one into the 4” pad? I have included a picture, you can see in the bottom right corner. I will get more tomorrow night.

Thanks!
