I have that kit...I am quite happy with it..get a lot of comments from friends.

The only problem is that it gets quite dirty and often...I need to clean it out frequently

It's good to know it's a decent product. What made me search for it is Budweiser has a similar product out, only it's a mini-fridge version on Craftsman-type casters. Thing is, its $450 and only holds 70 some cans. Marked way up cause Budweiser slapped their decals on it. Figures!

Stimpy, I have the same problem around my shop too. Maybe I could imlpement an actual tool box lock onto mine to solve that problem, instead of the stick on one included? :headscrat

Oh and one more thing, great website, you all have great shops!

I've got a mini-fridge. I might just do the same thing. Except I'll paint it red and get some black vinyl to simulate drawers. Then add some sliver stripes, hinges and casters from the hardware store.

Total = $50 in materials and a few hours of work.

Or be smart and just buy it.

Just an idea to consider:

I used to work @ Sears, and the plastic "Craftsman" logos from their Mechanic's Tool Sets would fall off all the time in our stock room. They were held on only with 3M sticky tape. If you pry the logo from your storage case with a screwdriver, it will pop right off and you can re-3M tape it wherever on your fridge or mini-fridge to make it look more authentic. Or maybe contact Sears parts and order a few of their decals from the boxes. I dunno, enough rambling. Thoughts?

It's sounds like a cool idea but I would probably keep looking for my hammer in the freezer :twak:
