Two added ground bars in subpanel?

Just thinking a ground bar on each side would make running the branch circuits a bit cleaner. Is this worth doing? Do the bars need to be connected by wire or is the box connection ok? I am not going to have that many circuits so not a big deal either way but just wondering...

The screws that a attach the ground bar is how they are bonded to the can, no other bonding is necessary. Make sure you do not install the screq or strap that bonds the neutral to the can.
