Two baseboard heaters on one circuit?

Can two, 240v 1500w baseboard heaters be run on one circuit independently operated by separate T-stats. What wiring rules apply? Asking for a friend...

Yes if the circuit is at least 20A. You don't want the load to exceed 80% of the circuit.

You are allowed multiple electric heaters on circuits up to 30A
