Under/Over Cabinet LED Lighting (No Outlet)

I been wanting to add under cabinet LED lighting with no wires showing however I only have 1 power outlet hidden above my range.
I have a cabinet gap where my sink is. I was thinking of using LED Pucks but they are too thick. I was thinking of using portable power bank nut not sure how safe they could be if I go LED strip route.
If I do go LED strip route would I need a couple power supply that plugs into the outlet?

Any suggestions? I will provide pics whenever I get home from work.

If your there is a electric circuit in the room able can possibly fished to a fixture. Insufficient information has been presented here to enable making a constructive suggestion.

Install a 2" valance under the cabinet. Hides anything you surface mount.

Also lowers the working height above the counters. If they are currently at 18" then many countertop appliances will not fit under 16 inches.

Most of the time cabinet boxes are constructed with 3/4" material. One can bore the bottom of the cabinet and install a low profile puck using a metal plate above. With a router that metal plate can be flushed into the cabinet bottom shelf. Might lose an eighth that way but it should look good.
