Unknown Model

I've recently acquired this roller cabinet from my late Grandad and need some help if possible please. I'm after the model number of the cabinet so I can purchase a new lock and connecting rod mechanism, also some new runners which I have a pic of the model number but can't trace the manufacturer.

That looks like a number stamped on a drawer slide. Can you get a picture of the whole box?

That box appears to be some sort of special limited-edition version - maybe that can help narrow it down?
