Unknown pipe Wrench Maker

Most times I like to report about the History of the tool in question, then again every now and then I get stumped and the following tool in question has me puzzled as to the maker.

I can tell you it has a raised letter A, along with the # 6190 and it is 6 1/2" in length.

I thought about the tool maker Athol Machine Co. but that is just a guess.

Any thoughts out there on the adjustable wrench in question?

My GUESS. Looks like kit markings to me and the A may have as much to do with something else as it could be the first letter of the maker's name.

Ok you smart clowns got me Adjustable wrench now tell me who made it...

Possibly Coes Wrench Co. Wikipedia says they were in Worcester, Massachusetts, my wrench says Springfield, Ill.
