Unusual Snap On Wrench

Does anyone know what this is for? It has a 1/2" drive with a flat blade screwdriver in the middle and a 1/4" on the back of the screwdriver.

Valve adjusting tool. The half inch takes a socket to loosen the lock nut and the screw drive to adjust the screw.

I did a google image search on 'antique valve lash tool snapon' and did not see your exact tool.

I also could not find an image of the same one however it does seem to be a Snap-on tool.
