i started a thread a while ago on the shop space i started out in, and i figured i would give you guys a update with some before and after pics..

where it all started

that wall you cut out, did you just cut it or was an engineer consulted? Last time I saw a concrete block wall cut like that it needed steel across the top of the opening.

the cut out in the wall was there when i moved in. and each unit in here has 2 of them. and if you look across the top of the opening, you can see how it was engineered to be cut out. those are solid concrete blocks cross the top. and every thing is up to code. i was going to cut out the other one, but dont need to really.
