Upload PDF files?

Is there a way to upload PDF files? Like literature or manuals? It seems that people are often looking for documentation for older equipment and some users may have them in digital form. Being able to put them on the site could be a very useful feature!

You can attach PDFs thru the "Attach files" option when you post. A dedicated library would be neat but obviously comes with size and other constraints.
