Used C.A.S compressor value

I came across a used compressor manufactured by compressed air systems. The model # is B73V84-M-E-6 with the CA1 pump. It looks like it is a 7.5HP 3PH 80 gallon. The compressor looks clean, haven't had a chance to turn the pump over. There is no electricity available. The starting price is 600...given that I either have to buy a new motor or use a convertor, do you think this is a good deal? I will try to post pics. Thanks.

Not too familiar with that brand, hopefully someone else chimes in...... But, the 3 phase motor would put a hole in the price for me (trying to find a 7.5 hp single phase motor).
