Using a MM with these tamper-proof outlets

Is there some sorta magic trick if I just want to use my Fluke MM on those tamper proof outlets. Do they have a special set of leads ?

Nope, just got to insert them at the same time and wiggle a little.
Normal leads work just fine from what I've used.

I think in order for the TR to open you have to push in both pins at the same time. Maybe have to put the neutral in first...

Get an AC line splitter, such as the Extech 480172. It is for clamp on amp meters, but also has holes for probes for voltage.

Plug in an extension cord or Y pigtail and work from the non-TR outlet. At my house I have a male cord end with screw terminals kicking around along with a dedicated outlet tester.
