vented tile or non-vented?

Trying to figure out if I should go with vented tile or non-vented tile, any suggestions?

I live in the midwest so we have high heat, humidity, rain and snow and sometimes that's all in the same week! it seems like I would not want a lot of water or dirty snow to get onto the concrete below and cause mold mildew. also, for the price I'd pay for any if the top name brand tile I don't want to have to lift the tile every year or so to clean the concrete underneath, kinda defeats the purpose of putting down tile in the first place.

Any thoughts or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Go with TrueLock Plus Ribbed or Swisstrax Ribtrax. They are 3/4" thick vented tiles.

I would recommend the "Vented" ( such as our patented FreeFlow style ) - we are based in Utah where we get our fair share of snow and road slop. I myself live up in the mountains and have FreeFlow in my garage where I park my truck and SUV all winter long. What is great about it is when the snow and road slop falls off the vehicle, there is no mess in the morning to clean up ( and no worry of dragging in mud to your house = happy wife

Thanks for the advice, I think I am kinda leaning towards vented tiles, just seems like all the wet slop that drips from the car would dry up or run out of the garage much better than the solid surface style tiles.
