vice jaws

QUESTION REGARDING MACHINISTS VICE JAWS....Greetings, I'm new here so I apologize in advance if this is the wrong area. Can anyone help me identify these hardened replacement vice jaws. They measure approx 6" X 1 5/8" X 3/4" with ~3/4" holes separated by ~4 inches and have a positive fit dovetail groove along one edge. (might be better in metric - looks more like 150 X 40 X 20 mm). My regular file would leave a mark in the polished finish, but would not break an edge, so they are pretty hard. My thought was a Kurt South Bend or Haas machinist vice. Any thoughts, direction or advice about how to identify these would be greatly appreciated.

Oh that's great... really close.... any thoughts about that dove tail edge??

That is standard to hold stuff so you can drill a hole without drilling the vise also
