The data plate looks like the style Black & Decker was using from the 1920s into the 1930s.
110v 50/60 cycle rating would aldo fit fir that time period.
You only posted a picture of the data plate rather than a pic or several of the grinder, so it’s hard to determine the model.
You also didn’t list wheel size.
Amperage and duty ratings don’t seem to be listed in the old B&D catalogs.
Here are a couple pics from a 1933 B&D catalog showing a couple 6” grinders that seem to match the specs on your label.

A B&D catalog from 1938 has something with similar specs, but I’m guessing that is a later model.(orange page)
The grinder in the 1925 B&D Equipment Manual for Ford Service Stations, doesn’t appear to have the proper specs.
The same goes for the 1923 no. 6 B&D catalog.
The 1939 B&D catalog also seems to have a couple possibilities.
The 1927 B&D catalog also may have a couple possibilities.
