With that Blue and round head, man, I'm gonna say '39 - '40 Craftsman

My guess? I'd say an old Powr-Kraft by Duro. Could be 1940's era. I have one similar in my projects pile.

you always seem to amaze me i don't know how you find all this stuff..lol, that sure is the drill i am waiting for him to call me back i can pick it up cheap his dad probally used it twice looks all original and its in good shape

don't ya hate that when someone tells you they will hold it for you if you want it and never returns a call for two days, it is a small drill but its all there and its cool looking and its all original

It's one of those things. He might be away or working else just sold it and doesn't want to say. If you're meant to have it you'll get it. Usually works out for the best in the end, if you've missed it. Collecting old equipment is a patience affair; Miss many and occasionally get one.
