I am looking for any information or history on a Kellogg Air Compressor manufactured by Kellogg Manufacturing Co Rochester, NY The model # EM 251-8386, Serial # D12372. I am not sure what year it is, so if someone could confirm from the model # that would be great. This Compressor runs good, but would like to know if someone can provided company information or phone where I maybe able to purchase parts for this compressor.

Looks like the company started changing names in the 1940s
This page suggests a name change before 1954
This puts the name change at 1940ish
So I’d guess before 1940, but that’s just a guess, without pictures, etc.
