Is that a home-made table or factory made? What about the motor? What size and what is the make/model or the motor? I can't tell from the photos but those will have an effect on the overall value.
A 4" jointer/planer is a bit on the small side and most woodworkers would prefer a 6" model, making this one more of a collectible than a useful tool. Because of this, the demand for this size is almost non-existent and the value, therefore, is subjective.
For a little perspective, when I was in the market for a jointer/planer a few years ago, I passed on a dozen or more well made, vintage 4" jointers priced at $50 or less before finally purchasing a 6" Craftsman "crown top" jointer with original stand, motor, and manuals for only $75 (they typically sell for $100-$150 so I got a great deal).
Best of luck with yours, but don't be surprised if you are only offered $50-$75 (or even less if that is a home-made wooden stand).
