Vintage Paslode and a Thor

I found these two today. No idea how old either of them are. I haven't had a chance to try out either yet.

Can anyone tell me how old the Paslode is? What would you call this, a staple gun?

I love this impact wrench, but I'd prefer to add a grounded cord if I am going to use it.
