Vintage Pliers - What Logo is this?

So, cleaning up a bunch of old tools... and the logo on this awesome pair of pliers is barely legible. Anyone have any idea on what it says?

on the top line, looks like it ends with a ...de maybe?

about as focused as my iphone would allow me, debating charging up my old canon to see if i can take a better shot at it... been browsing on alloy artifacts, didn't see any logo with two lines of text with a thick | on each side....

Channellock? the older ones have Champion de Arment stamped on them.

Utica tools made some pliers that look very similar I think Utica called them button pliers.

alright, some better pics... I want to say the top word is NOBLE... kinda looks like a ..BLE on the end of it.

Could you maybe try rubbing with the side of a pencil lead with a sheet of paper in between? I can't make out the markings.

Spray it with WD-40 (or similar) then take a picture.
