Vise identification needed

Looks to me like a well worn copy of a Wilton combination vise. Probably made in China or Taiwan or India. There was a company making Wilton bullet copies in India that got shut down. They were marked Taskmaster.
In that condition and considering that the jaw inserts are missing, that vise is worth very little. If you want a project to practice your skills go ahead and offer $10.
It might be rusted up and stuck. What does the handle look like? Bent up? Missing entirely?
If you just want a user, maybe an outdoors vise, and can make your own jaws from aluminum or ??? that might be reasonable.

I have it mounted on a table in my barn. It’s a worker vise just needs jaws. Just wondering what it was. I have several USA vises that I’ve refinished. Thanks for the info.

Unless you have the skills and access to a machine shop, the easiest and least expensive fix is to get some aluminum stock, cut to the right length and carefully measure and drill a few holes.
