My stick framed shop has interior walls finished with sheet rock.
There is a 4" high concrete footing that evidently was wood framed upon.
Sheet rock covers to bottom of framing leaving footing exposed
One side of shop has face of sheet rock pretty flush with (interior)
face of the footing.
Other side of shop the sheetrock face is "out" 1/2"+ from face of concrete
footing.
I am considering covering bottom 4' of sheet rock with FRP panels. What ,material can I apply against face of recessed concrete footing to bring it level/even with sheetrock, so as I could then apply FRP over "everything" with bottom edge sitting on epoxy floor and then clear chalk FRP to epoxy floor.
I was thinking of using a wide commercial rubber (ROPPE) cove ???? [which would still need the void behind on one side fixed]......but am asking your opinion if FRP all the way down to floor/slab would look "bad"
