Hi everyone, My name is pete, I'm located about a mile north of Philly :) I'm been lurking and searching and I must say, I'm impressed

I'm also green with envy at some of the fantastic garages, I've seen here.

Anyway, here is my humble abode...

It measures out to 13x17.

Now for the interior........warning....picture may cause some folks to gringe :D

As you can see, I'm restoring an old 67 VW. Everthing in the shop is on wheels. When the weather permits, I just roll the car out and work on it.

Hopefully, if everthing goes as plan, I'll be building a 28x36 pole barn , next year....

Pete,

I'm fairly new here as well, but welcome. You'll find this is one great bunch of people. I look forward to pictures of your pole barn when available.

I am jealous of how much you are able to do in such a relatively small space. I can't even seem to keep my half of a 2 car garage clean enough to find anything. I'm working on that though.

The wheels are a great idea too. This allows for rearranging the garage to suit the project, cleaning behind and under everything and wheeling the old band saw in front of the new milling machine so the wife doesn't spot it too easily. Not that I have ever done such a thing...

I once replaced my 2000 Accord lx. With a loaded 2002 Accord Ex v6.. Same color. And didn't tell the wife for over a month....I was actually looking for a car for her. She had an old altima with 150,000 miles on it and a failing ******. They didn't have any CRV's in stock at the time (that's what I wanted for her) so I drove home with a new ride for myself!

Nice little garage. It looks like you have some storage on the left under a lean-to of sorts. That must help as well. I am impressed with how you are using such a small space.

Cheers!

Of course it helps that you're working on a pretty small call too! Looks like a nice little shop. Will you be tearing this one down to make way for the new pole barn?

Hey Beet.....How'd your wife take that one? If I'd have done that, my wife would have the new car anyway, 'cuz I'd be dead!:lol_hitti

When the time comes, this little shop will be gone.

She took it pretty well, ...at first she just thought I had a moonroof and a rear spoiler installed on the old one...I said "uh, no...Its a new car"

We got her a new CRV that weekend.:)
