i break ratchets. i don't know my own strength when i should be using a breaker bar.

i would like to replace my black chrome ratchet by Husky.
Stanley has an identical black chrome ratchet.

You could always go and purchase this set and wind up with additional sockets. Might be cheaper in the long run as opposed to just paying for the black chrome ratchet + shipping.

any powdercoater can do a clear black over chrome so you can buy a ratchet you can get rebuild kits for

cornwell's industrial finish ratchets are chrome black ratchets, not industrial finish like impact sockets.
