What are these two boxes?

I found two boxes on CL recently, and I'm trying to figure out what I have. They were represented as Snap On.

The top box is 31" wide, and the bottom box is 33" wide. I can't find the Snap On part numbers on the side or the back of either. Where should I be looking? Anyone want to hazard a guess on what decade, or what part number?

I am not an expert, but the drawer handles on the chest look like the Mac butterfly handles. Without have one in front of me now, I am remembering that most of the Mac and Snap on drop front boxes had one handle in the center and not two like on this box. Surely someone with a better memory and deeper knowledge base than me will weigh in though.

edit: Found a few pics on google of a KRA 61D that look a lot like that chest and have two handles on the drop front.

So the box on the left is for sure snappy. If you look on the back side of it you will see the model stamped as well as a year of manufacture. I have one that was made in '77. If you go to collecting snapon.com and check the tool box section of the catalogue. I have a kr-557b and it looks the same as yours.

Thanks. I'll look more closely on the back - I couldn't see anything there when I got it home last night. The top chest would have the marking on the back, too?

I think the one on the left is Mac. Looks similar to my older boxes/handles.
