Today at work I removed the screw and barrel assembly off an injection moulding machine.
Lots of hammering and cursing involved!

while not always an option. best way to do it is RIGHT after they shut it off, while its still hot!. heat is your friend.
It really ***** for everything to be so hot to the touch but MAN its better than the alternative!
