Looks like you stick something in the barrel, then screw on 1 of the 2 different tips and when you pump trigger, a plunger comes forward.

Yup, one of the best far as I'm concerned. Carried one in my bmw motorcycle just in case.

Yup. The other tip for the smaller tire plug side is in that holder under the barrel. You unscrew the tip, push the tab on the back to let the plunger out and then stuff the tire plug in the with cone shape last. Insert in tire, squeeze handle and boom. plugged. I prefer this and it's what i use at home.
