I am installng a Mr. Cool Advantage mini-split in my garage with help from a friend with HVAC experience.
One of the nuts to join the linesets measures 0.650 inch.
5/8 is 0.625", 0.025" too small
11/16 is 0.6875", 0.0375" too big
0.655" is 16.51, too big for 16mm and too small for 17mm
21/32 is 0.65625, this sounds good...anyone got that size crowsfoot line wrench?
The torque value is pretty low, so we'll probably get by with 17mm as it's only 0.019" too big, but it's a sloppy fit.
The other fittings have a very nice fit with a standard wrench size. This one is bizarre.
