Everytime it cycles on there is a small gas explosion in unit. It will heat/work fine until cycles again then the explosion reaccures. Have checked heat exchangers for cracks, cleaned orifices, and new igniter. Any ideas welcomed!!

I recall a thread similar to this and the gas trace on the burners had to be crimped or something

Burner pinch mod is usually for larger BTU heaters......check and see if your flame is rolling up at the top burner

Excessive gas pressure or delayed ignition ( so there’s too much gas build up during ignition) would be two of the first prime suspects.
