It's a trademark infringement case filed in Ohio Northern District Court on April 23, 2012. The court case number is: 1:12-cv-01004-DAP.
The initial batch of 2012 Snap-on catalogs had some words on the covers that Cornwell claims are trademarked. Snap-on stopped distributing the catalogs for a time and then rereleased them with several areas blacked out.
When I hold my Snap-on 2012 catalog up to a bright light I can clearly see the words "The Choice of Serious Professionals" through the blacked out areas.
