Where to start?

I need some suggestions. I got 1 gallon of Rust-Olem fllor epoxy and hardener for free. The barn is 30'x40'. One half (20'x30') is where we park the high mileage vehicles (read "leaks oil slightly"), the other half is where we do repair and fabrication. The entrance to the barn is behind the parking area and right now the door is open constantly (door opener repairs are in the future, 1-3months). My question is, which area would you apply the coating to first?
