its the help of this forum, I have successfully coated three garage floors with epoxy in the past 10years, but always used an Edco grinder with the diamond bars/wood wedges. The current offering at the rental place is an Edco dual head using Dyma-dots. The floor I am doing now is a two-car garage, no coating, looks like your average 30yr old garage floor - in good shape, but with 30yrs of use. The rental shop has 30grit and 70grit medium available. What grit would work best?

Without knowing how hard or soft the concrete is, you might want to grab both and see which one works best, just returned the other set.

Thanks guys, going with the 30-grit in medium.... Sunbelt rentals is allowing me to pickup Thursday, for the weekend price of one day, so if the hard bond is needed, I can get them Friday... Thanks again!
