Fig. 417 shows an earlier Williams 7033C 15/16x1 angled box wrench, stamped on the shank with "Williams Superrench" on the top line, followed by "Forged in U.S.A." and "Chrome-Alloy" on either side of the the W-Diamond logo. The back side is stamped with the fractional sizes and model number, as seen in the lower inset.
The overall length is 14.0 inches, and the finish is chrome plating.
The "Chrome-Alloy" marking and chrome finish suggest production in 1940-1942. A slightly earlier transitional form of this model can be seen as the Williams 7033C Transitional Duohex-Box Wrench.

Mintgrun- Thank You for the information! This is my first time utilizing this web site, I really appreciate the assistance. I have viewed this site many times as I researched various vintage tools. However, I decided to go ahead and make the plunge and join in. It must be me as I do not see the sticky note you mentioned?

If you're going to stick around, the best way to understand GJ is to review it at the highest layer possible. Newcomers (and even some veterans!) who say they can't seem to find things and have trouble navigating GJ, usually never take the time to see and learn the entire layout. From the top down. If you click here, you will see three major sections: The Garage, The Tools, and Garage Sale. Each section has a number of forums. Each forum has hundreds of threads. You're in a thread in the Vintage Tools Discussion forum, one of three forums in The Tools section.
Another way to know where you are within the site and to navigate is to scroll up and look in the upper left.
You should see these hyperlinks...
Forums > The Tools > Vintage Tools Discussion
If you click on the Vintage Tools Discussion link it will take you to the Vintage Tools Discussion forum. You will see all the threads currently active on page 1. The Sticky that @Mintgrun just linked for you will always be the thread at the top of the forum.
