Wilton Copy Vise?

Grab this off my deceased father-in-law‘s workbench. Probably will mount on mine which right now has nothing.

It has a 10 and a 44 on that, but it doesn’t but nothing else.

I’m sure he purchased it were he purchase everything else at a discount from his brother-in-law’s hardware store, where he worked for close to 30 years in semi retirement.

It looks to be in pretty nice shape, but he never did automotive work (only apartment rentals) so it hasn’t been pounded on.
