From what I understand, they were sold by Western Auto. Made by Indestro, maybe? I have a 1/2 drive ratchet, and it is quite a nice tool.

They also sold some pretty awesome vice grips under the wizzard name. I don't know who made them but if I ever come across more of them they are on the list to buy all of them I can.

I worked at western auto for two years when I was in high school, the first tools I bought were the wizard brand. Still have a few of them and still using them, though they are not the top shelf type tool they are still well made.
