Hello everyone. Glad to be here.
I am considering purchasing a house with a 2 storey shop/garage.
Due to possible foundation problems (haven't received engineers report, yet) I might want to dismantle the building and rebuild a new one with the salvaged materials.
Other than the obvious, not sure what the best way to go about this. This will be a one person project.
Would you have any experienced suggestions. Much appreciated.
Rick

Probably want to repost this in the General Garage Discussion forum. This isn't really the place for it.

And we'd need a lot more info on it first. There's not a ton of foundation problems that actually can't be fixed. If the rest of the shop is in good shape I'd probably fix it first and foremost.
