WTB cheap working torque wrench

Looking for a decent brand torque wrench in any condition that works. Doesn't have to be fancy, just has to still work and be cheap. Thanks for any offers.

You really can't beat the $10 one from Harbor Freight for what you are wanting.

I have 2 on my web #otm 0674 and 0893 put the #'s in and there they are. !0the 0893 price is $15.not $25.plus shipping about $11.to long for a $5.50 flat rate bag.I can do it in a legal size envelope for $6. Both are U,S.Made no china on them...
