WTB - Complete tool collections

I will pay a fair price, (in cash,) for entire tool collections. MUST be located in the North East U.S.. I am loooking for Snap-on, MAC, Matco, Cornwell, etc....no junk. With or without toolboxes. Mechanic's tools only; no contractor's stuff.
