Buyplumbingdirect (www.buyplumbingdirect.com) has horrible customer service.
If you are looking for plumbing supplies online beware of www.buyplumbingdirect.com .
I should have known better when the only way to contact them was through a single email address [email protected] (no phone number).
Their website states:
"We make every effort to get your order to you in a timely manner. In-stock items are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Special and custom orders may take longer to process."
"If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you within one business day."
I placed an order one evening and the next morning my credit card was charged. It is now seven days later and there is no tracking information listed on my order. It is listed as "confirmation". Thinking that perhaps the item shipped and the tracking information has not been updated, I sent them an email on a Friday morning requesting status. Got no response. Sent another email Monday. No response. Every time I send an email I get a read receipt back. It has now been seven days. They took my money and refuse to even acknowledge that I exist. This is very poor customer service.
To quote their website:
"If you have any questions, concerns or feedback, please feel free to contact us. We will make every attempt to respond to your inquires in a timely manner."
Doing a little more research, the website is tied to www.rimsupply.com . www.buyplumbingdirect.com has the same physical address as www.rimsupply.com .

Every time I send an email to [email protected] I get back the read receipt from Rich C. Rich C. is apparently Richard Campbell, Jr. (the vice-president).
It will be a cold day in H**ll before I ever purchase from these losers again.
