Yet another lighting question

Finally planning to upgrade the lighting in my garage. Nothing outrageous, its just a 20x25' space. The walls are unfinished (i.e. studs) as is the ceiling. Ceiling opens to a loft-type area.

Looking at a few fixtures at Lowes and HD. It seems like the ones with the better ballasts dont come with reflectors. Since everything in my garage is unfinished, is that going to be a problem? I figured without a white surface where the light is mounted, I would need something to reflect it back.

I was leaning towards this fixture because of the better ballast: http://www.homedepot.com/p/Lithonia...rip-Light-TUNS-2-32-MVOLT-1-4-GEBHL/202193181

Looking at Lithonias catalog is overwhelming at best....it seems like they MIGHT make this fixture with a reflector but I dont know where to get it. Ive seen links to contractorlighting.com, etc but all of those fixtures are MUCH more expensive than HD/Lowes, yet Im not 100% sure they are any better.

Thanks in advance.

Finishing the walls and ceiling with some good insulation and sheet rock would do nothing but add value to your home and solve your problem. Connecticut certainly has winters deserving of some good wall insulation and it would add to the usefulness of your garage.
