Best Blacktop Sealant Coating Recommendation.?

Need recommendation(s) for a good blacktop Sealant. The owner of the rental home across the street had their's done last year and I remember the black had a nice even matte finish look to it. Didn't get to talk to the guys that did it before they left and the owner doesn't live in that house so I don't know what brand sealer they used. Some other's I've seen done in the neighborhood look like they poured gloss paint on their black top leaving that blotchy look which I don't like. Am I seeing things or what? Thanks for any info.

How many sf? You're looking for "seal coat". There are companies that do it this work and it is pretty inexpensive if it's a large enough sf.

Its a very short, single vehicle wide driveway. I'll do it myself, just looking for a quality sealer.
