Went by HF and picked through the 10 or so icon needle nose they had looking for the best tip alignment... and I noticed one pair of them had a longer tooth pattern. For 30% off, to toss in the tool cart, I'm fairly happy I got them.

Here they are next to the originals:

I like that they have more grip area.

These just arrived, they look a little longer than my Blue Point but the hex drive is worth it, can always grind them down if necessary. Plus I get a 7/16”and a1/2”.,
I have the torx set and has made some jobs easier.image.jpg

Thanks, @Maxcustody!

That's a great site. I wonder what the difference is between those yellow ratcheting binders and the red ones, with the same weight rating?

They are the LN46ACF, I bought them from my dealer (Pittsburgh, PA) and I understand they are a regional release as stated above. I bought the LN47ACF a few months ago when they were released in my area. Nice work on the CSI zoom-enhance to see the part number :ROFLMAO:

Some recent pick ups 8B6FDFA4-F846-43A7-8DF7-E904191FF1BF.jpegsome new and some eBay stuff. Some Milwaukee beater drivers and pick set. A Thor copper/rawhide hammer. A 16” beamis and call wrench that I have always loved the look and style of. And a bag of old file handles cause one can never have enough
Where did you get that Thor hammer? I really want one!

Decided to upgrade my very first Milwaukee cordless, a gen2 impact driver that's 8 yrs old. It still works fine though so I'll be keeping it still. Holy **** I didn't expect this gen4 to be that much difference in power, so much faster too! Feels heavier & bulkier than the gen2 but the actual weight isn't much different. The gen4 is fatter though but shorter.

Decided to get a boot for it too. Never knew they made em for impact drivers, I just assumed they only had em for automotive related tools. Turns out they even had a boot for the gen2 but oh well.

One of the reasons that made me upgrade. Love the tri-leds & had to have it. They should be much more useful for me on the impact driver than my impact guns.

Never thought I would be buying a brushed tool these days and one so old, M12 Polisher. Makita's is brushless & even the HF Hercules one is. MW hasn't updated this one but whatever I guess it doesn't really matter. Works great for my needs. I was just disappointed that a tool so old still cost me more than what I paid for the newest impact driver. I searched for a while too before finally buying this.

Wanted to try a locking bit holder. When my bits are new, sometimes they get stuck in the screw head & pull out of the bit holder. No big deal but I was in an attic a couple of weeks ago & it happened, the bit fell down to the floor & I had to climb all they way down to get it. Forgot to bring extras up there with me.

I was gonna get the Bosch one but read the locking collar jams up sometimes. My lil brother who is a Bosch guy uses em & he confirmed that does happen. Got these Diablo ones to try, which look very similar to the Bosch. Well turns out Bosch owns Freud who makes Diablo. Didn't know that until my brother told me. Haha. I'm sure they are made in the same factory. Oh well, better to have the bit stuck than to fall out when I need.20230306_201523.jpg

Needed longer security bits than the set I have. I was looking at the HF Hercules set ($25) but this past weekend there was a 30% off under $20 sale. The Bauer ones were $19.99 so that's what I got. Surprisingly they seem pretty nicely made, made in Taiwan too. Impact rated also supposedly but I'm only gonna use em by hand.
