So who makes quality zerks these days?

I need to replace 8 or 10 zerks on a piece of equipment I have. I'd like to get a whole box of zerks, since it seems cheaper than buying one at a time.

But sorting through the reviews on Amazon has not left me confident in the quality of these assortments.

Can anyone make a recommendation as to what the best zerk brand is these days? And whether brass is superior to stainless vs chrome plated steel?

I feel like a zerk jerk not knowing these answers!

I'd go to the closest farm supply or auto parts store and buy them there. The farm supply probably sells tons of them and are most likely not going to handle an inferior zerk.

Not true here. Both auto supply shops & TSC sell the cheapest Chinese imports they can. If you’re looking for quality then it’s oem unless you’re aware of another supplier.
