I sold a few and all have been recalled. Seems they blow apart....or something. They are sending me new ones within 15days.

This would match my IR titanium Impact well. Wish my craftsman air wrench would die already.

Yep, DEFINITELY getting one of these, will be very handy for transmission jobs. I have an IR "Thundergun" in 1/2" drive that is roughly 10 years old, clean it onc in a while and it has whooped allot of other impacts, i'm sold on IR quality when it comes to air tools.

I tried one out over a weekend from one of my friends. It won't replace an Impact or air ratchet but for someone who does a lot of trans intalls and suspension work it's the ****. If you ddin't do alot of those things it may not be worth it. I changed out all the suspension on a 2008 Mustang and flew through the job with it. Nice tool

There are tools being called back and replaced due to a part interference that affects the trigger function on some tools.

I ment the axle nuts on front wheel drives. One guy tried it on an axle nut on a Chevy Tahoe and it took the axle nut off.It is not that heavy and not loud and never noticed any harshness.I am not sold on IR's air ratchets,a huge piece of junk.So far it has been the 1/4 drive air ratchets so far, good and then go wimpy.I know some else that bought an IR109XP,nothing but a piece of junk since day one and stays in his toolcart.
