Found a small Husky

I found this small heavy duty ratchet today and was trying to figure if this is first generation and what year? Thanks.

What drive drive is it? I have a 1/2 drive one, it’s a very nice, crisp feeling action, I like it.
I think its from roughly from the 30s-40s.

3/8 inch drive. Yea mine is pretty smooth. I am going to have to clean a little more. Thanks.
