I found a bunch old ratchets today at the junk shop. Its heavy for a ratchet. But a little help would be great. Thanks.

It’s a generic import. Taiwan or China. Probably had the brand on the package or case.

Gonna agree with the chinesium brand. Maybe I'm wrong, but I haven't seen many USA made tools newer than the 1950's that have chrome vanadium on them. Usually a give away to me that it's a import. They've been getting pretty good lately at making them look more like good name brand tools tho!
