Just a quick update on my total satisfaction with my Racedeck freeflow flooring. I installed my floor in 2017 in a 3 car attached garage where 2 cars come and go at least 5 days a week in Iowa weather (snow, ice, wet, etc). I snapped sections apart this last weekend and dragged them outside and soaped them with my foam cannon with car wash soap and then pressure washed the freeflow flooring with a rotating floor scrubbing head (pic attached). While the Racedeck flooring was drying, I swept out the concrete floor in the garage and ended up with a 5 gallon pail of dirt/grit/sand that had accumulated over 6 years of use. After the floor and concrete were cleaned up, it was a very simple task to drag the floor pieces back into place and snap everything back together. All in all it took about 3 hours.

For the record, I absolutely love this floor. It looks amazing and I get compliments on it all the time. It stays dry in the winter when snow melts off the car. Road debris drops thru the slots in the floor and although there were 6 years of nearly every day use, it still looked great. The actual plastic flooring still looks like new. No cracks, no dents, no scrapes, nothing. The rotating scrubber thing did an amazing job of washing the floor and made the cleaning job very easy.

I am writing this as a thank you to the good folks at Racedeck for designing and manufacturing such a great product. After 6 years of use, I am 100% satisfied.

Great job Racedeck !

LOL at the ad above your post:

The irony is that you had 5 gallons worth of dirt and dust under your tiles....

WOW....now that is bizarre....... I looked at Swisstrax when I bought the Racedeck, but at the time, Racedeck was more responsive and quicker to respond to questions. Just had more of a warm fuzzy with their communications.

Re: dust, I must say that with the freeflow, in 6 years I have never had to sweep or do any maintenance whatsoever. The floor just always looks great and pretty much just takes care of itself. With that said I should disclose that I have a separate building where I do wood working or mechanical or fabrication work......so the Racedeck is not subjected to a working environment. It is strictly car parking and no real work is done there.
