I've only purchased 2 spark plug sockets from them so I really can't speak to all of their other tools, but similar to nut grip, their spark plug sockets with the brass spring are pretty unique to them and very nice to use.Ordered the nut grip sockets, but what else is unique to them that is worth it?
I do already have a 3/8 ratchet, and not terribly impressed...and that's just 100% my opinion!
Hi,
I noticed that the 3/8" metric 8 piece grip set seems to be cheaper at Amazon (free shipping from Amazon Japan). Unless I am missing something.
For about $52, if you don't mind the multiple week wait.
I ordered one.
Thanks.

Use the Link I provided and go down to other sellers. Amazon Japan is one of them.

Yeah, kinda pissed honestly. I placed a $130 order three days ago. I even spoke to the sales rep because the MRSUBARU10 discount code kept getting wiped out when I checked out through PayPal.
So I placed the order over the phone with a human being. When she asked, "what's the discount code?" I told her "MRSUBARU10" then jokingly asked, "is there any better codes out there?" She laughed. Then I asked her point blank, "do you know if there are any other sales that will be running such as Father's Day or July 4th, etc?"
I realize she's under no obligation to disclose this information so I'm not pissed at Koken USA or this sales rep. Just pissed in general.
So I just ordered the 3/8s Nut Grip Set + 8mm. Because 'Merica.
I just posted a promo code for PB Swiss Tools USA and only came about it after searching their Facebook page. KokenUSA must be the same, posting promocodes on their social media pages only because I never received any emails from either even though I am signed up for their email lists. Kind of frustrating as I don’t really do social media.
anyone else having trouble with their website loading?
You should have waited a few weeks. The July 4 discount code might be 40% off.........Just ordered two more things.
I'm not impressed with their ratchets either but, I digress. Their wobble plus type extensions with the ridges of knurling around the female square drive end are outstanding. They have quick spinner adapters that offer you the ability to go from 1/4 drive female to 1/2 drive male with a band of knurling in the middle (2756Z-1/2). 2762 flexible extension bar in 1/4 drive. grab a 2120magnetic head to go with it. Spark plug sockets, double joint universal joints, spinning cross wrench, deep flare nut sockets, that's about all I can think of off the top of my head.Ordered the nut grip sockets, but what else is unique to them that is worth it?

Thanks!...Added the 1/4 flex extension and double joint 1/2 impact. Already had the 1/4 to 1/2 adaptor....PERFECT for pinion bearing preload!I'm not impressed with their ratchets either but, I digress. Yep, that's what I use it for. I hate to say it but, I think I'm Ko-Kened out. I like what I have from them but, I think I have all I want from themThanks!...Added the 1/4 flex extension and double joint 1/2 impact. Already had the 1/4 to 1/2 adaptor....PERFECT for pinion bearing preload!

No tax, there's an extra 7%. I'm happy. The sale price on my basket of things ended up being about 9% lower than Palmac's regular prices on the same list of SKUs. Free shipping, however, added to the savings. Palmac and KokenUSA are one in the same, I thought, just different prices and shipping.
For those complaining about the site not loading, I was having the same problem in Firefox. I switched to Chrome and everything worked. Not saying you are using the same browsers but obviously their site is not optimized for every browser.
Oh, yeah, forgot about that. It did add up to nice savings. No tax, there's an extra 7%. I'm happy.
Other then spoiled rotten Jeff here ^^
Has anyone gotten shipping info yet? I got an order confirmation two days ago saying I’d receive another email about shipping.
Not worried about it, but I am curious.
