I have never seen anything quite like this. The price seems steep but new from Snap On is over $500. Would this have any value for resale or be significantly better than the Husky torque screwdriver I bought years ago?

I have one from the mid 70's, used it for small cam Cummins injector settings, probably have not used it since the early 90's.
