Ratcheting crows foot. Tone Hrm311f

Anybody have these? They look like they need to be in my tool box. Plug a ratchet or extension and ratchet in and your wrench is now turned by the ratchet. Seems like it would have many uses.

Idk, in my mind crows feet always require an open side. Unless the crows are winking and trying to signal " okay"

Ratcheting boxed end not crows foot. Crows foot implies an open end. Cool tool though.

Crows foot is open these are not. These are more like a ratcheting torque adaptor. Seems like a flex head gearwrench would do the same as these.

Yea after watching the video again I see where I was mistaken. I thought it was gear driven through the 3/8 end.

I also see how it’s not a crows foot too. It’s how the video described it. I’d link it but it’s from the tictactoe media.

That's cool any good? As example I needed to put 80Nm on a 22mm ball joint recently would this set handle that or would it be better to use a standard crowfoot?

Id call them ratcheting flex-head sockets, like Tone does.

They look a bit similar to what Snap-on / Bluepoint calls a "Ratcheting Crowfoot Wrench Set" (though I don't consider them to be crowfoot) and I use them waaaaay more than I ever thought I would when I first got them. I often get them into places nothing else I have can, even as a super stubby ratcheting wrench that fits where none of my stubbys can. These don't 'flex' like the Tone set but you can get a 3/8" dr ext into them from the top, bottom, or the end.

According to the Snap-on website, the Blue Point set pictured above is made in Taiwan..... So, my guess is they are probably made by Kabo.... which means all the existing tool companies that current re-brand Kabo tools will eventually have these. And if that is indeed the case, then they will probably be on the ICON shelves at Harbor Freight soon, too. lol.

And just to be clear, everything I just posted above is pure speculation with a bit of sarcasm mixed in. lol.

(Except the part about them being listed on the SO site as being manufactured in Taiwan.... That part is true)

This set is different from the first post and makes no sense to me. These are not oriented like crows feet and appear to attach to something like an extension, but the wrong end???

Yea that set has its own unique handle vs a 3/8 square

The Gearwrench are ok, the issue for my project was they are huge and can't take a lot of torque if you have extensions on them (because you have on hand on the extension, one on the rachet) and it wants to twist.

This is a use case for one of those 3/8 8-pts, or those older 3/8F/F adapters that they used to use for specialty wrenches.
